Things falling into place. Meeting the right people at the right time. It feels so juicy and delightful.

Often we can feel sweet flow and honor it because we know what it feels like to be in the opposite of flow. The pain, the forcing, the nothing seems to be working out.

Flow can be accessed in many different ways. Sometimes its as simple as taking an intentional deep breath. Sometimes its saying a prayer and asking for support from that which is greater than us. Sometimes its taking a walk, painting, playing volleyball, singing to music in the car or meeting up with a friend. Flow happens when we are following what lights us up. Attuning to what is in alignment with our truest self. Letting go of control of what we think needs to happen and allowing what truly is best for us to fall into place.

May this image be a reminder of your divine flow. A reminder that it is available to return to flow at any time, no matter how far off you may feel. Take one deep breath in now. Breathe out completely. Feel it flow.
